This collection started like 5 years ago so I'm pretty sure there's not much I've never listened too. Also pretty sure there is nothing in it that I dislike, as I don't download random albums but search for similar artists on last fm or browse youtube compilations.

Sure there's stuff I haven't listened to often but that doesn't mean I didn't like it.

Listening to a song once doesn't have to mean that you won't ever listen to it again, or didn't appreciate it in some way.

Are you really trying to convince me that it is common practice for someone to download a song, listen to it, like it, and then never listen to it again?

It's probably less common to do it with individual songs, but I'd certainly say that it's reasonably common practice for someone to download albums or discographies and then not listen to a number of those songs again.

Yeah, they don't listen to the number of those songs that they don't like you illiterate goon.

I have plenty of songs that I like which have low play count, the ones that I really like are the ones that end up with 1k+ plays. Stop being a retard and fuck off.

No. That's merely your own opinion (I can only assume based on personal experience).

It doesn't you little shit.

One's opinion can come from a number of places, but personal experience is often the most prominent. I was acknowledging that fact.

Or they just listen to the ones they prefer, or the ones that really stand out. People's music tastes aren't always as black and white as yours.

Looks like its a metal thing to listen to songs once and never again, probably because they listen to noise not music and all their shit songs sounds so similar they can't even tell the difference and wouldn't even know what song their listening to right now.

Metal: We listen to music we don't even like.

Last year I just took screenshots of all my music folders. Quite long-winded, but works well enough if your music's organised.

Or even if you aren't organised, just do this if you use iTunes:

IPB Image

and then crop/merge until you have a full list. No way is anyone going to read through 61gb of individual songs lol.

Because we all know that Alex is metal as FUCK. Also, stop labelling everying you don't understand as "pseudo-intellectual", it just makes you look like an idiot, and is ironically psuedo-intellectual in itself.

That was one of the most rightful times i had ever called someone a pseudo-intellectual idiot. He was spouting philosophical bullshit that really didn't make any sense at all.

Well what he meant was that was simply your opinion, only based on the fact that it applies to you (as in, you only listen to a song once if you don't like it). That applies to me too, but that doesn't mean it does to everyone, especially people who have music collections like Alex.

Maybe the confusion came from the ambiguity of who's "personal experience" it was?:

No. That's merely your own opinion (I can only assume based on [your] personal experience).

That's how I read it, anyway.
