No, no and again no. Humans have been very weak for a very long time (compared to our existance), we've always been lower than lions, etc, in the foodchain. Granted, they chose to hunt other more easily caught prey, but we were definitly no match for them, up until we started making weapons, and even then a lion could easily kill a single human, and even groups of them with a touch of luck.

Edit: You're right though, we've definitly killed more lions than they've killed us.
