tried this today, did not come out ANYTHING like this picture, it tasted good but nothing like this picture.

one egg in bread
-cook until nicely done
add cheese on top, add 2nd bread, add 2nd egg

cuz i just put both peaces of bread on the pan like a grilled cheese(with the cheese in them) threw in the egss and tried cooking like this, i ahd to throw it out cuz egg got in the bread and wasn't cooking. i tried it again with just one egg. and it wasn't terrible, but the one in the pic looks fucking delicious.
I tried a similar 1 but it had bacon too, came out nothing like the pic cause the bread/egg were burnt to fuck cause the bacon took so long to cook, easier to just cook it all separately and stick it together at the end
holy fuck face that sounds amazing. im trying this again tomorrow, so do you know how to cook the one in the picture correctly? am i cooking one egg in a hole then adding bread+cheese+egg agian and cooking. or is it all at once?
Saw someone from tek9 forums make one of those with pics, his came out well, i'd enjoy one of those they do look nice but too much effort
i figured out how to make them, with bacon as well. ill throw down how i did it, with a few things ill do next time to make it beter/less messy:
what you need:
-bacon(i used 3 strips)
-2 Eggs
-2 pieces of bread
-2 pieces of cheese
-cup or a good eye
-butter
-Pan
-Stove
-be hungry.
(i suggest you break the yolks, i didn't and shit got messy when i tried cutting it in half. also dont pre-maturely flip the sandwich, i did and there was a little bit of uncooked egg in the middle.)
step one:
cook bacon to your desired liking.[[[dont under cook it thinking it'll get cooked well cooking this monster of a sandwich.]]]
step two:
cut holes into bread with cup or knife
step three:
put first piece of bread on pan and add your egg into the hole
step four:
flip and cook untill looks nice, dosn't have to be 100% cooked.
step five:
add your bacon on top of the egg-in-a-hole THEN add your cheese. place bread #2 on-top of cheese, break egg into bread #2's hole.
step six:
crucial part, you need a quick flip. when you get the courage, flip your sandwich so bread #2 is against the pan.
step seven:
wait. it may take a little bit, you dont want to pre-maturely flip it over, can fuck the whole thing up.(check the sides of bread #2 for an idea how well its been cooking)
step eight:
flip sandwich numerous times till you know its cooked or to your liking
step nine:
crazy fucking amazing profit. it tastes pretty amazing and fill you up.
