Tom Waits is really good! Ice Cream man (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JodPHZAANc) and ol 55 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6CDa-z1MUY) are brilliant songs. First time I heard ol 55 was coming home hungover in a friends car just after I broke up with my girlfriend.

I doubt many people on this forum like music like this, but it's an amazing song nonetheless.

This is a compilation I made for my girlfriend. It's intended as a very brief but somewhat coherent catalogue of emo and screamo from the 80s to today. It's ordered more or less generically, from indie-emo to post-rock-influenced screamo.

I don't know if anyone would be interested, but figured I'd share it since I went through the effort of making it.

Oh, and I left the songs with their original album titles, so that people can investigate further more easily, if the desire so takes them.
