Do US colleges do essays by page count? Mine all specify wordcount, generally 2000.

Obviously depends on the teacher, but I've generally had page count instead of word count. But then again, page counts are always just suggestions. I've gotten an A on a 6 page paper that was supposed to be 12-15.
