Whats With Warlords, Giving out ref's so easily? Options

I mean if anything, seen as I dont give out ref's a warlords ref should be the hardest to obtain in the clan, but every single poll im putting up now im seeing 3/4 warlords giving a ref. Yea I know you might see someone pk alot, but they may not have put in the effort still.

Example Hirasha: Hes been an FA just over a month, and has attended 2 f2p trips, yet he has 4 (yes 4!) warlords giving him a ref. (Nothing against the ones who gave him it, this is just a good example though). Maybe he pk's alot on p2p, but still, hes even stated on his application that hes only been an FA a month, and so many of you are still willing to refer him, what kind of a message is this sending out? Its making it seem like its extremely easy to get in Di.

Make you giving out your ref something special, make it mean something.

Yea something I've noticed is that ever since I got warlord a few days ago I get all these pms from people I don't know asking me to ref them for a fa or app. I remember when I first got into di I reffed a ton of people but since then I don't think I've reffed as much. I just tell them I'll probably vote yes but "don't know them well enough to give out a ref."

I think maybe you should make it a rule that the people who ref the guy have to post a reason on his poll a reason why they are impressed by the guy instead of just a 'yes.'
