1. Intros

The biggest thing is doing intros, you will all share this task and do what I did alone, so shouldnt be a problem for you. Basically you will decide what intros to accept/give a chance and who not to. You can decide together with eachother or ask anyone for their opinion, do some background work with brian etc. Looking at their refs and past clans is usually the way to go, maybe check their eoc name if they changed recently.

After deciding on an intro you pm them to set up IRC and TS, then pm Brian to give that person the intro rank.

Below in the spoiler is what I usually pm but you obviously have to change the name.

Joining Di requires being on IRC whenever you're able to attend a pk trip, before getting intro rank you need to set IRC and TS up, you will have 3 days to do this.

Our private channels are on Quakenet, pm Fefe2 when you have registered.

Register by using [quote]/msg Q HELLO yourmail@address yourmail@address[/quote] then follow instructions sent to your mail.

If im offline just wait and try later.

No need to answer this pm unless you have any questions.

After they pm you on irc use

/msg Q chanlev #di.intro name +gv
/msg Q chanlev #di.intro name -gv

to give/remove access.

When they have set up irc you need to tell them to set up their perform so they auto connect to the channel and hide their ip like in this picture. http://puu.sh/3Owkn.png (using swiftkit)

If theyre using mIRC they go to Tools->Options->Connect->Options->Perform->Add->Quakenet:

When someone is declined/trial member move their intro to processed.
Also make sure you dont mass pm someone you want to accept, make a topic or post here about it so more than one dont pm the same person.

2. Clan chat

The info are in the leadership forums, basically just log on di events and add the people needing access.

3. Twitter

Login details are in leadership forums just use when you see fit, if you accept someone to the list make sure its them via ingame or irc before.
