Ive seen it happen alot of times before, people get a rank and they've let it go to their heads. Its the worst thing you can do.

The best way to approach having a rank is still acting like a normal member, you arent better then other members just because you've got a rank. You can give orders, but it doesnt mean that you can treat people like they arent on the same level as you.

This rank is only going to work if you all work together and make it work, this rank isnt for heros, its not about being the best general.
