Thought it could help some people planning diets if there was a thread with what people eat during a day + how many calories there is (estimate)

Ate quite a lot of junk today;
Breakfast was 4 slices of bacon and a fried egg sandwich
Lunch was a stack of blueberry pancakes
Dinner was 150g chicken breast + 200g pasta with some tomato sauce stuff
Had a protein shake and a coffee to drink, and some water too.
Think that comes out about 2200 calories

I don't eat very well its one of the reasons i weigh 124 pounds

Today I've had a t.v dinner and thats it lol( 284grams of fat if i remember)

Interesting topic though I'd love to see answers to get some possible ideas or ways to improve eating habits because frankly my health is a cause for concern

Dude how tall are you? 124 lbs? Jesus lol.

On topic:

Today was a shitty day but:

3 eggs, a shake and some toast for breakfast
prelunch was a tuna sandwich and some whole milk
lunch grilled chicken breast and potatoes from the night before, love good leftovers
post lunch tuna sandwich and some gatorade
just had 4 hotdogs and a bowl of pasta and cheese, shitty groceries for dinner today. and i fucking hate hotdogs.
gonna have a sandwich and a shake, possibly some ice cream before bed

gallon of water throughout the day

I try and eat as much as I can, I'm not a very big guy so it's tough, and especially dealing with a small budget. I make it work though.

Counting calories is just a headache I don't care about, I just eat until I'm full and I do it to gain weight. I don't care if it's 2200 or 3200, I do my best lol
