Are you in school? Sometimes you can get Microsoft education discounts. Or if you are working sometimes you can get employee discounts.

I got the Windows 8.1 for students for I think $60 a year ago. I wasn't even in school just used an old .edu address.

When upgrading to Windows 10 from any other version of Windows, pirated or not, your copy of Win10 is legitimate and free.

I wouldn't pirate Win10 for an illegitimate copy, when I can just pirate Win7/8 and upgrade to a legitimate Win10 personally.

Oh, didn't know that, I'll do it like that then.

I tried upgrading on my laptop and it crashed lol... thought the reason for that was that my Win7 was pirated.

Put it together and it's all working fine so far. Got CS:GO and Rainbow Six: Siege for free with the CPU and GPU tophath2wmcopy7gz.gif

I'm amazed at how well I can multitask with the CPU and memory usage staying at like 10% rofl.gif but the monitor is probably my favorite part of the whole build ThumbUp.gif

The mother board is a bit overkill if your not overclocking you can get a cheaper one that will do everything you need. Also your gpu the 970s are around 340 bucks and the difference is not going to be very noticeable IMO.

I boot in overclocked mode when I'm going to use piosolver & I wanted an m.2 ssd slot on the mobo, pc boots in less than a half minute. I use 1440p resolution so went with the 980ti, GTA5 maxed out never goes below 60fps. ThumbUp.gif
