So I am looking into building a new computer.
The computer should be optimal for running 10+ osbuddy clients at a time. I know nearly nothing about computers; This is what I have so far.

any suggestions?

$1500 budget. Still need to add 1-2 monitors

if you're serious you don't need a 4790k for any type of gaming. if you want a good processor get a i5 4690k. i would also get a second HD and probably get a smaller SSD. if you have a 1500$ budget though feel free to load it up. i would get a better GPU and downgrade the CPU.

the reason for spiking up the CPU is because of how much OSBUDDY client take up. No this is not a troll.... My job is the duel arena and I need to be able to run 10+ clients with no lag.

Thanks for the tip(s)

edit: no way an I5 will be fast enough

i5 over i7 to save like $100

even tho its ~$30-40 more you might as well get a 970 cause even with its 3.5/4gb vram issues, it still is a more current nvidia card, or even a 290x or whatever

ur ram is out of stock just get this good shit dont get 4x4 get 2x8 that way youll have 2 more if u ever want to waste more money on ram

everything else is fine/preference if you have $300-400 leftover thats more than enoughg for 2 monitors although u mite have to settle for two 60hz 1080p but idk prices on em as of late

or dude u could be gettin a dell

change ram
get a ssd + extra HDD ( instead of just 1x500 ssd)

dont get that cpu cooler, its garbage; mounting is fucked. (also its MASSIVE,lol)
and get a bigger case, youll be needing it.

What?

The 212 evo is literally one of the best HSFs for that price and is quiet as fuck.

The case is fine too idiot.

Switch to 2x8 memory
Remove the SSD and get a 128/256gb ssd and a 1-2tb hdd
Drop the cpu to a 4690k
Swap out the gpu for a 290x
Consider getting a modular PSU instead, an Antec HCG-620M or a SeaSonic M12II
