PSU, DVD & RAM are all fine.
8gb should be enough for the basic editing you have in mind, but if you really feel the need you could get 2 more 4gb sticks for about 50 quid. i wouldn't bother though.
the fx 8320 is only slightly better than a 6300 (and 20 quid more expensive) outside of threaded processes, but if you really are using it for video editing then i'd splash out the 110 for it;

hdd: 1tb single platters are about 40 quid in the UK
case is up to you but 60-90 quid would be what you'd expect for a good case.
